My name is Tomáš Znojemský and I provide comprehensive care in general practice medicine in Brno, on Trávníky street. Working in medicine is a calling, a joy and a great responsibility for me. Please remember that I too am only human — my judgement can be wrong, and I am not always at my best. Waiting-room delays cannot always be avoided even with an appointment; keeping to exact time slots is not always within my power. Thank you for your understanding.

Services I offer

Home visits

Outside surgery hours I visit patients at home by prior arrangement. Urgent home visits during opening hours are usually not possible.

Life-threatening conditions (unconsciousness, choking, stroke symptoms) — call 155 immediately.

Preventive check-up

Every registered patient is entitled to a preventive check-up once every 2 years — 2 years from the last check-up or registration. You can book by phone.

Vaccination

Flu, tick-borne encephalitis, whooping cough with tetanus and more. Health insurance covers selected vaccines for at-risk patients and seniors over 65.
